1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Avanaor ("we", "us", or "our"), an online retail store operating at avanaor.com. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase any products from us. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Avanaor is an e-commerce retailer selling consumer electronics, gadgets, and lifestyle accessories. Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and logistics partners. We operate in compliance with applicable EU and Romanian consumer protection law.

3. Products & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product delivered.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions, pricing, or other content on the site is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers at any point.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully verified or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Order Processing & Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. A contract between you and Avanaor is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free express shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 7 to 15 business days
- Express delivery: 5 to 10 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing
Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events outside our control do not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Avanaor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
7.1 Your Right to Return
You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. This right is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
7.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@avanaor.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
7.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be issued in full for the product price. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product).
7.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in original condition
- Items returned without contacting us first
7.5 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
8. Consumer Rights (EU)
As a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived by these Terms. In particular:
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, during which you may cancel your order without giving any reason.
- Products must conform to their description and be free from defects. You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for non-conforming goods within 2 years of delivery under Romanian and EU consumer law.
Our 30-day return policy is more generous than the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and does not limit your legal rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Avanaor website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Avanaor or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avanaor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian data protection law.
