Free shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees, no exceptions. We ship to Europe in 3–4 business days and to the USA in 24–48 hours. Every order includes a tracking number so you always know where your package is.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Every order includes full shipment tracking at no extra cost. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to follow your package in real time through our carrier's tracking page.

Please note it may take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to show live updates.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Avanaor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@avanaor.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For orders shipped to the USA and other non-EU countries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Avanaor.

We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything possible to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Customs inspection or clearance processes
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Carrier disruptions outside our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe for your region, please contact us at support@avanaor.com and we will investigate immediately.

8. Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product before opening it fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@avanaor.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
